Maintenance
Paint, clean, clean or replace carpet, change locks, and make sure any repairs are completed.
We have 24-hour emergency maintenance technicians on call.
You can call the office, put a work order in on the online Resident Services portal or call stand-by emergency maintenance after hours.

You can hang pictures, etc. If you paint any walls, they will have to be returned to their original color when you move out.
Amenities

When weather permits, our pools are typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The operating hours are posted at the pool.
The laundry room is located on the lower level of each building. We also have select apartments that have an in-unit washer/dryer.
There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee where applicable and additional monthly pet rent per pet in the unit. Please see our Pet Policy on the Amenities page for additional information.
We allow up to two pets, cats, or dogs. The weight of one pet cannot exceed 75 pounds, and the combined weight of both pets cannot exceed 100 pounds fully grown.

Packages will be delivered to the Hub by Amazon for most of our communities, some packages may also be delivered to resident’s homes.
There are no quiet hours. We charge a fee to rent our community building (where applicable).

Appointments are encouraged and can be scheduled online or over the phone. Walk-ins are welcome, but you may have to wait.
Our management is usually available.
Typically, we will have a decision the same day as application. For people relocating from a different state, it could take up to three days.
On the day of your move-in you will pay your security deposit less the holding fee, pro-rated rent for the days you occupy the apartment, and any applicable pet and/or cable and internet fees.
Our Leasing Consultants are happy to provide any information for first-time renters.
You can pay your rent online through our online Resident Services portal, you can also pay your rent via app, or you can pay using a WIPS card.
Sign into your Resident Services account and go to Payments.
Outside of your monthly rent payment, if you choose to house a pet or subscribe to any applicable cable or internet services through our office.
